Event Ticket Tiers

KonfHub lets an organizer sell tickets across several tiers for one event, each with its own price and capacity limit set in advance. A Beam agent reads new ticket purchases as they come in and checks the tier against the capacity the organizer has set for that event. Where the connector and account permissions allow it, the agent confirms the registration and updates the remaining count for that tier accordingly. Purchases that would push a tier over capacity, use a discount code outside the rules given, or involve a refund request are routed to a human before the registration is finalized.

Attendee Check In Records

KonfHub keeps a check in record for each attendee, showing who has actually arrived at an event versus who only registered in advance. A Beam agent reads this record during the event and compares it against the registration list to catch no shows or duplicate check ins. Where the connector allows it, the agent updates attendance status and notifies the organizer's team once a session's check ins are complete for the day. Mismatches, such as a ticket used twice or an attendee checked in without a valid registration, are routed to a human to resolve on the spot.

Waitlist Promotion Rules

When a KonfHub event sells out, additional sign ups join a waitlist instead of being declined outright by the system. A Beam agent reads the waitlist whenever a spot opens, such as a cancellation or a capacity increase the organizer approves, and applies the order the business has agreed on, typically first in line first offered. Where the connector and account permissions allow it, the agent moves the next attendee into a confirmed registration and notifies them directly by email. Waitlist entries tied to a disputed cancellation or an unclear priority case are routed to a human to decide.
