A business feeds KodaGPT its own documents, policies, or product details so the bot answers from that material instead of generic ChatGPT knowledge. A Beam agent checks which source a draft reply was built from before it goes any further, since some sources may be marked internal only. Where the connector and account permissions allow it, the agent shares replies built from approved customer facing sources and holds the rest back from sending. Replies drawing on outdated material, or on a source the business has since removed, are routed to a human to confirm before sending.
