A Beam agent submits a request the moment a new Australian contact or company is added elsewhere in the stack and waits for the instant response before moving on to the next step. Where the connector and account permissions allow it, the agent writes the returned fields straight into the record so nothing sits incomplete. Requests that time out, come back empty, or need a paid tier the account hasn't enabled are routed to a human to finish manually.
