Course Enrollment Records

Knorish tracks who has enrolled in each course, membership, or downloadable product a business sells on the platform. A Beam agent reads new sign ups as they come in and checks them against the payment or eligibility rule the business has approved, such as confirming a completed order before granting access. Where the connector and account permissions allow it, the agent updates the learner's enrollment status and sends the confirmation the business has already set up for that course. Sign ups tied to a failed payment, a duplicate account, or an unclear eligibility case are routed to a human before access is granted.

Membership Access Levels

Knorish memberships can gate content by tier, so a learner only reaches the courses or downloads their plan includes. A Beam agent reads a member's current tier whenever their status changes, such as an upgrade, downgrade, or cancellation reported elsewhere in the stack. Where the connector allows it, the agent updates the access level in Knorish to match, adding or removing content the tier no longer covers for that member. Changes that involve a refund, a dispute, or a tier the business hasn't defined a rule for are routed to a human before the membership record is touched.

Downloadable Product Delivery

Alongside courses, Knorish sells standalone downloads such as guides or templates that a customer receives right after checkout completes. A Beam agent reads completed orders for these products and confirms the payment matches what the business requires before delivery goes out to the buyer. Where the connector and account permissions allow it, the agent releases the download link to the buyer and marks the order as fulfilled inside Knorish. Orders with a payment mismatch, a chargeback flag, or a product the buyer already owns are held back and routed to a human to check before anything is sent.
