URL Content Classification

Klazify returns a category, such as a topic or industry label, for a given web address based on the content found there. A Beam agent reads that classification when a new URL enters a workflow, such as a lead's website or a submitted link, applies the account's approved rule for what each category means for that workflow, and updates the related record with the result. URLs that return no clear category, a low confidence score, or a result that conflicts with existing data get routed to a person to confirm.

Confidence Based Routing

Klazify returns a confidence level alongside each category it assigns to a piece of content. A Beam agent reads that confidence score and applies the account's approved threshold for what counts as reliable enough to act on without a person weighing in. Results above the threshold update the connected record directly, while anything below it, along with any result Klazify can't confidently categorize, gets held and routed to a person before the record changes.

Domain Safety Checks

Klazify can flag content categories associated with adult material, gambling, or other sensitive topics for a domain. A Beam agent reads this classification when a new domain enters a workflow, such as a partner application or ad placement request, applies the account's approved policy for which categories are acceptable, and updates the record's status accordingly. Any domain landing in a sensitive or restricted category, or one Klazify can't classify with confidence, gets held and sent to a person to confirm before the workflow continues.
