A Beam agent reads the form data as it arrives, applies the account's approved rule for which system each form type belongs in, and updates that destination accordingly. A form with answers that don't fit the expected format, one submitted against the wrong job or site, or a duplicate submission gets held and routed to a person before it updates anything downstream.
