Agent Access Policy Enforcement
Kindo lets a security team define which systems, data sources, and actions an AI agent is allowed to touch inside an organization. A Beam agent reads a requested action against that approved policy before it proceeds, and where the request fits within the policy, lets it continue and keeps a record of the outcome. Requests that ask for a permission outside the current policy, a system not yet approved for agent access, or an action flagged as sensitive get held and routed to a person to approve or deny before anything executes.
Agent Activity Visibility
Kindo keeps a record of what actions AI agents take across connected systems, including what was requested and what was allowed. A Beam agent reads this activity data on a schedule, applies the security team's approved rule for what counts as normal versus unusual activity, and surfaces a routine summary of what happened. A sudden change in the volume or type of actions an agent attempts, or activity touching a system outside its usual pattern, gets flagged to a person to look into before it repeats.
Credential and Permission Limits
Kindo ties each AI agent's access to specific credentials and permission scopes set by the security team. A Beam agent reads an agent's current permission scope before acting on its behalf, applies the approved rule for what that scope allows, and proceeds only within those limits. A request to use a credential outside its assigned scope, an expired permission, or an attempt to reach a system the agent was not granted access to gets stopped and sent to a person to resolve.
