Vet email addresses against Kickbox's deliverability data before a mailing list goes out, routing risky or unresolved addresses to a person.
Email Verification Scoring
Kickbox checks each email address against syntax, domain, and mailbox level signals to return a deliverability status such as deliverable, undeliverable, or risky. A Beam agent reads that status whenever a new address enters a list, applies the account's approved rule for what counts as safe to mail, and updates the contact record or removes the address from an active campaign. Addresses marked risky, disposable, or unresolved after a check sit in a queue for a person to decide whether they are worth keeping before any message goes out to them.
Sender Reputation Reports
Kickbox keeps bounce rates, spam complaints, and domain reputation trends tied to a sender's outgoing volume over time. A Beam agent reads these reports on a schedule, compares the current numbers against the account's approved baseline, and posts a summary or alert when a metric drifts outside that range. Routine reporting happens without anyone touching it, but a sharp jump in bounces, a new complaint pattern, or a reputation score that crosses the account's warning line gets routed to a person before any sending schedule changes.
Bulk List Cleaning
Kickbox works through an uploaded list of email addresses in one pass and returns a status for every entry, separating deliverable contacts from ones that will bounce. A Beam agent reads the results file once Kickbox finishes a batch, applies the account's approved rule for removing undeliverable and disposable addresses, and updates the connected list or CRM record accordingly. Large batches with an unusually high bounce rate, or lists where a big share of addresses come back risky, get flagged to a person before the cleaned list is used again.
