Stalled Pipeline Alerts

Keap tracks how long a deal has sat in its current pipeline stage, from first contact through close. A Beam agent reads that stage age for every open deal and, when one passes the account's set number of days, notifies the assigned rep and logs a follow-up task on the deal with the stage and days stalled noted. Deals in a stage meant to run long, such as a multi-month enterprise negotiation, use a longer threshold set for that stage. The agent does not move a deal to a new stage or close it, that decision stays with the rep handling the account.

Contact Tag Application

Keap uses tags to group contacts by behavior, such as attending a webinar or downloading a resource, which then drives what campaigns they enter. A Beam agent reads new contact activity, such as a form submission or an email link click, and applies the matching approved tag to that contact's record. Activity that does not clearly match any existing tag rule, or a contact whose record already carries a conflicting tag, gets set aside for a person to tag manually. The agent never creates a new tag or campaign on its own, it only applies tags the account has already defined for that activity.

Overdue Invoice Notices

Keap tracks invoice status, including the due date and whether a payment has come through. A Beam agent checks open invoices daily and, for one that has passed its due date by the account's set grace period, sends the approved reminder email to the contact and notifies the assigned rep that it went out. Invoices already under a payment plan, or ones a rep has manually marked as disputed, are excluded from the automatic reminder. The agent does not change an invoice amount, due date, or payment terms, it only sends the reminder already approved for that stage of lateness.
