Low Rating Alerting

Judge.me records a star rating and written comment each time a customer leaves a review on a product or store. A Beam agent reads new reviews as they post and applies the approved rating threshold for what counts as low, such as two stars or fewer. Reviews at or above that threshold are left to publish through Judge.me's normal settings without extra handling. Reviews below the threshold are flagged and a notification goes to the merchant with the review text and the product it relates to, so a person can respond to the customer or look into a product issue.

Review Moderation Queue Handling

Some reviews submitted through Judge.me need a merchant's judgment before they go live, such as one flagged for offensive language or a suspected fake submission. A Beam agent reads reviews sitting in the moderation queue and applies the approved rule for what can be handled without a person, such as an obvious duplicate submission or a review missing required fields. Reviews fitting an approved pattern get handled according to that rule, such as being rejected as a duplicate. Reviews that do not fit a clear pattern, including anything involving a complaint about the product or a policy question, stay in the queue for the merchant to decide.

Product-Level Review Summaries

A store selling many products can have review activity spread thin across each listing, making a shift in sentiment for one product easy to miss. A Beam agent reads reviews by product on a set cadence and applies the approved rule for flagging a product whose average rating drops, such as a fall of half a star or more within a set period. Products still within the approved range are left as tracked normally. Products that cross the threshold are flagged with the recent reviews driving the change, and a person on the merchant's team decides whether the product listing, quality, or shipping needs attention.
