Jibble

Compare clock-in and clock-out times against scheduled shifts, then flag missed punches and update attendance records for payroll review.

Timesheet Discrepancy Alerts

Jibble timestamps every clock-in and clock-out through its kiosk, app, or web client. A Beam agent reads these entries on a set cadence, applies the approved rule for acceptable punch windows, and separates entries that fall inside the range from those that fall outside it. Clean timesheets move forward for payroll export without extra handling. Entries with a late clock-in, an early clock-out, or a missing punch get written back to Jibble with a note explaining what looks off, so the employee or manager can add context. A supervisor still decides whether the entry is corrected or approved as is.

Shift Schedule Comparison

Jibble stores each employee's assigned shift alongside their actual clocked hours. A Beam agent reads both records for the period in question and applies the approved tolerance for early arrivals, late finishes, and unscheduled shifts. Punches that sit inside the agreed window are marked reconciled and left alone. Punches that fall well outside the schedule, such as a shift with no clock-out or hours logged on an unscheduled day, are written back to Jibble with a short explanation and routed to the manager queue. The manager decides whether to approve, adjust the entry, or follow up with the employee directly.

Overtime and Break Compliance

Labor rules on break length and weekly overtime vary by team, so Jibble lets a Beam agent apply the specific thresholds a customer has approved. The agent reads completed timesheets, checks total hours against the overtime limit and each break against the required minimum, and marks entries that pass without changes. Entries that miss a break or cross the overtime line are flagged in Jibble with the rule that was triggered, not just a generic warning. A payroll or HR lead looks at those flagged entries and decides whether to approve the overtime, request a correction, or escalate it further.
