Role Based Course Enrollment

iSpring Learn organizes courses that different roles or departments are required to complete. A Beam agent reads a new hire's role or a role change on an existing employee, applies your approved enrollment rule for that role, and enrolls the person in the matching course list, notifying them that training is assigned. It updates the employee's learning record as each course is added. Roles that map to more than one course track, or employees transferring between departments mid course, are routed to a training coordinator to sort out the right assignment rather than guessed.

Certification Expiry Monitoring

iSpring Learn records when a certification was completed and when it's due to expire. A Beam agent reads upcoming expiry dates on a schedule, applies your approved rule for how far ahead to act, and notifies the employee and their manager that recertification is due, updating the record once the reminder is sent. Employees who complete recertification are marked current automatically where the rule allows. Certifications that lapse past the deadline, or that carry a compliance requirement your team has flagged as high priority, are escalated to a manager for direct follow up.

Completion and Score Reporting

iSpring Learn logs quiz scores and completion status for every course a team member takes. A Beam agent reads this data on a schedule, applies your approved rule for what counts as a passing result, and updates a summary report that managers can review, notifying a manager when a required course goes unfinished past its deadline. It compiles this without a person pulling each record manually. Scores that fall just below the passing threshold, or repeated failed attempts on the same course, are routed to a manager to decide on next steps.
