When a linked data source, a menu, schedule, or product catalog, changes, a Beam agent pushes the update into the relevant Intuiface experience so the kiosk or display shows current information without someone physically visiting the device to update it. It applies the approved content mapping already set up for that experience, matching each data field to its place on screen. Where the incoming data doesn't match the expected format, a price field arriving as text instead of a number, the agent skips that update and flags it for a person rather than pushing a broken display live.

Device Health Monitoring

A Beam agent checks in on each deployed Intuiface player on an approved schedule, confirming it's online and running the expected version of the experience, and writes the status to a shared dashboard so a facilities team can see device health at a glance instead of checking each screen in person. A device that misses several check-ins in a row gets flagged as offline, with the site and device name included so a person knows exactly where to look. A single missed check-in is treated as a blip and rechecked before anything is flagged.

Interaction Data Handoff

As visitors interact with an Intuiface experience, taps, dwell time, choices made, a Beam agent collects the resulting data and forwards it to the marketing or operations team's reporting tool on the schedule already agreed, instead of leaving usage data stranded on the device itself. It applies the same field mapping each time so the reporting tool receives consistent data regardless of which experience or site it came from. Where a batch of interaction data looks incomplete or arrives out of order, the agent holds it back and flags the gap for a person to investigate before it's added to reports.
