Draft the next Interseller outreach step from an approved sequence template, so a Beam agent keeps a candidate or prospect moving without a recruiter writing each message by hand.
Sequence Step Drafting
When a contact reaches the next step in an Interseller sequence, a Beam agent drafts the message from an approved template, filling in the contact's name, role, and any personalization fields already on file, so the outreach reads as tailored without a recruiter typing it from scratch. It holds the message for the configured send window rather than firing immediately, matching the cadence the team set up. Where a required personalization field is missing, a role title or company name, the agent leaves the draft unsent and flags the contact so a person can fill the gap before it goes out.
Reply Detection and Routing
A Beam agent watches each Interseller sequence for a reply and immediately pauses further steps for that contact so nobody gets a follow-up message after they've already responded. It reads the reply's tone using an approved set of signals, interested, not interested, out of office, and updates the contact's status accordingly, moving an interested reply into a recruiter or rep's queue for a direct conversation. An ambiguous or unclear reply is left for a person to read and classify rather than guessed at, keeping the sequence status accurate.
Bounce and List Cleanup
On each send, a Beam agent checks Interseller's delivery results and removes or corrects contacts whose email address bounced, keeping the sequence from repeatedly hitting a dead address and risking sender reputation. A hard bounce gets the contact marked invalid, while a soft bounce is retried once before being flagged. It applies the same bounce-handling rule across every sequence rather than a one-off judgment call. Where a contact bounces from an address that otherwise looks correctly formatted, the agent flags it for a person to verify the source list instead of silently dropping the contact.
