It applies the same completion rules already configured in IntelliHR, so a record only shows as complete when the underlying requirement genuinely is. An employee with a missing or overdue item is listed clearly rather than omitted, and any ambiguous case, a requirement marked complete without a date, is flagged for HR to confirm before it's reported.
