Where a domain fails to resolve or returns an incomplete report, the agent retries once and then flags the record for a person to check manually rather than leaving a blank field. Once an Insites score comes back, a Beam agent applies an approved threshold to sort accounts, low-scoring sites into an outreach list for a website improvement pitch, strong ones into a separate group, so reps work from lists that already match the pitch they are about to make. The sorting rule and its thresholds are set by the team beforehand, the agent only applies them consistently across every new score. A score that lands right at a threshold boundary, or a report with unusual gaps, gets set aside for a person to place rather than sorted by default.

For accounts already in the pipeline, a Beam agent reruns the Insites check on an approved schedule and compares the new score against the last one on file. A meaningful drop, say a lapsed SSL certificate or a listing that went missing, gets written up as a short note on the account and a rep is notified so the change can factor into the next conversation. Small, expected fluctuations are logged quietly without a notification. Where the comparison itself looks unreliable, a report failed partway through, the agent skips the alert and flags the audit for a person to rerun.
