Insighto.ai

Assemble an Insighto.ai agent from an approved template, then let a Beam agent keep its knowledge base and routing rules current as the source material changes.

No-Code Agent Assembly

A Beam agent starts from an approved template inside Insighto.ai and fills in the specific details for a new deployment, source documents, tone settings, and which channels the agent should answer on, without an engineer writing configuration by hand. It checks the finished setup against a short list of required fields before switching the agent live, catching a missing knowledge source or an unset fallback message early. Where a request calls for a setup outside the approved templates, custom logic branches or an unlisted integration, the agent stops and hands the request to a person rather than improvising a new configuration on its own.

Knowledge Base Refresh

When a linked source document changes, a Beam agent pulls the updated text into the Insighto.ai agent's knowledge base so its answers reflect the latest version instead of an outdated one. It keeps a short log of what changed and when, useful when someone later asks why an answer shifted. Conflicting information between two source documents, or a document that fails to parse cleanly, gets set aside rather than merged in blindly, and a person is notified to resolve the conflict. Once resolved, the agent applies the update the same way it would any other routine refresh.

Escalation Routing

A Beam agent watches each Insighto.ai conversation for signals that the deployed agent is out of its depth, repeated fallback replies or an explicit request for a human, and forwards the transcript to the right person or queue based on the topic. The handoff includes the visitor's prior messages so nothing needs repeating. Where routing rules are ambiguous, more than one team could reasonably take the case, the agent defaults to a general queue and flags the ambiguity rather than guessing at ownership, so a person makes the final call on where it lands.
