When a visitor asks something outside InsertChat's trained content, a Beam agent detects the low confidence answer, saves the full conversation transcript, and forwards it to the assigned support inbox instead of letting the bot guess. The handoff carries the visitor's prior messages and any contact details already given, so a person can pick up the thread without asking the visitor to repeat themselves. Recurring gaps, the same unanswered question showing up several times, get bundled into a weekly note so a person can decide whether to add that topic to the trained content, rather than leaving it to keep failing quietly.
