Link-to-Post Summarization

Inksprout reads a shared link and drafts a summary a person can post to LinkedIn, saving the step of writing an opening paragraph from scratch. A Beam agent can take a link from a source such as a content calendar or a shared article list, pass it to Inksprout, and store the draft summary alongside the post entry the team is preparing. It does not post the update itself. Drafts that come back empty, off topic, or referencing a link Inksprout cannot read are routed to a person to write manually instead.

Draft Storage and Tagging

Once Inksprout produces a summary, a Beam agent files it into the team's content queue or draft folder next to the original link, tagged with the source and the date it was generated. This keeps drafts organized for the person who will personalize and post them, rather than left inside the browser extension. The agent applies the naming or tagging rule the account has set for its content pipeline. Drafts missing a clear destination, or duplicated from an earlier request, are flagged to a person before filing.

Personalization Handoff Tracking

Because every Inksprout draft is meant to be edited before it is posted, a Beam agent can mark each draft's status, such as generated, awaiting edits, or ready to post, inside the team's content tracker. It notifies the assigned person when a new draft needs their attention, following the account's assignment rule, and includes a link back to the original draft so nobody has to search for it. It does not personalize the copy itself, and it leaves the wording exactly as Inksprout produced it. Drafts that sit unedited past the account's set window, or that are assigned to someone no longer active, are escalated to a person to reassign.
