Fan Sign-Up Capture

INDIEFUNNELS gathers email addresses and contact details when a fan opts in through a release page or funnel. A Beam agent watches for sign-ups, checks them against the account's approved list rules, for example removing duplicates or filtering by source, and adds qualifying fans to the mailing list or CRM record the artist uses. Sign-ups that look incomplete, suspicious, or outside the approved source list are set aside for a person to check before they enter the artist's contact list, rather than added on assumption.

Order and Payment Filing

When a fan buys a release, merch item, or ticket through INDIEFUNNELS, a Beam agent reads the order details and files them into the artist's sales record or accounting sheet under the category the account has set up, for example by product type or release. It applies the account's approved rule for tax or currency notes where the connector provides that data. Orders missing details, flagged as disputed, or falling outside the account's usual product categories are routed to a person instead of filed on a guess.

Funnel Step Notifications

As fans move through a funnel, such as viewing a page, opting in, or completing a purchase, INDIEFUNNELS marks each step. A Beam agent watches for the steps the account cares about, for example a completed purchase or an abandoned page, and notifies the artist or team through the channel they have set up. It applies the account's rule for which steps warrant a notice and which do not. Unusual funnel activity, such as a repeated failed payment, is flagged to a person rather than resolved automatically.
