Howuku

Flag a Howuku session recording where a visitor rage clicks near checkout, automating the pattern spotting teams currently do by watching recordings one by one.

Session Recording Pattern Flags

Howuku records full user sessions, including clicks, scrolls, and rage clicks where a visitor clicks the same spot repeatedly in frustration. A Beam agent reads new recordings against the customer's approved pattern, such as three or more rage clicks near a checkout button, and tags the session for the product or CRO team along with a link to the recording. It notes how many matching sessions occurred in the period so the team can prioritize by volume. Sessions with ambiguous behavior that does not clearly match a defined pattern are left untagged, and a person can still open any recording directly in Howuku.

Heatmap Threshold Alerts

Howuku generates heatmaps showing where visitors click, scroll, and hover on a page. A Beam agent checks heatmap data against a defined threshold, for example a call to action that drops below an approved click rate after a page change, and notifies the team that owns that page. Where the rule allows it, it also notes which page version was live when the drop started, based on the account's deployment or CMS record. Drops that coincide with a traffic source change or a data gap in the heatmap are routed to a person to rule out before anyone treats it as a design problem.

A/B Test Result Reporting

Howuku runs split tests comparing page variants and records visits, conversions, and statistical confidence for each. A Beam agent checks a running test against the customer's approved significance threshold, such as ninety five percent confidence with a minimum sample size, and notifies the owner once a test reaches that point with the winning variant noted. Where permissions allow it, the agent can also flag a test that has run past an agreed deadline without reaching significance. Tests with a data anomaly, such as a sudden traffic spike to one variant, are routed to a person to check before any result is treated as final.
