Purchase and Access Confirmation

Hotmart records each purchase of a course or digital product along with its payment status. A Beam agent reads a purchase marked as approved and, where the rule allows, grants or confirms the buyer's access to the product and updates the creator's customer record with the purchase date and product. This removes the manual check a creator would otherwise do for every sale. Purchases stuck in a pending or disputed payment state are left without access granted, and the agent routes these to the creator to confirm once the payment status is clear.

Affiliate Commission Bookkeeping

Hotmart notes which affiliate referred a sale and the commission rate agreed for that product. A Beam agent reads completed sales attributed to an affiliate and applies the creator's approved commission structure to record the amount owed against that affiliate for the period. Where the connector allows it, the agent also flags when a commission total crosses a payout threshold so the creator knows a payment is due. Sales with a disputed referral, or an affiliate rate that does not match any approved tier, are routed to the creator to settle manually.

Refund and Chargeback Handling

Buyers can request a refund or dispute a charge on a Hotmart purchase within the platform's policy window. A Beam agent reads a refund request or chargeback notice and applies the creator's approved policy, for example revoking product access once a refund is confirmed and the window has not been abused before. It updates the buyer's record to reflect the change. Requests outside the standard window, repeat refund requests from the same buyer, or disputes the creator has flagged as suspicious are routed to the creator to decide rather than actioned automatically.
