Candidate Pipeline Stage Updates

Homerun holds each candidate's stage from applied through offer inside a single pipeline per job. A Beam agent reads stage changes, such as a candidate marked as interviewed, and applies the hiring team's approved rule to move them forward, for example advancing a candidate to a final round once all listed interviewers have submitted feedback. It updates the candidate record and notifies the recruiter who owns the requisition. Candidates with split or missing feedback, or a stage change that skips a required step, are routed to the recruiter to decide manually rather than advanced automatically.

Interview Scorecard Follow Through

Interviewers leave structured scorecards on each Homerun candidate after a conversation. A Beam agent checks whether every scheduled interviewer has submitted a scorecard for a given round and, where the rule allows, notifies whichever interviewer is outstanding or updates the candidate's stage once the set is complete. This keeps a candidate from sitting idle in the pipeline because one scorecard is missing. Scorecards with conflicting recommendations, such as one reject alongside two strong hires, are left for the hiring manager to resolve instead of the agent choosing a stage on its own.

Job Posting to Careers Page Handoff

A job created in Homerun needs to reach the company's careers page and job boards before candidates can apply. A Beam agent reads a newly published requisition and, where the connector allows it, confirms the listing has gone live on the connected careers page and notifies the requisition owner once it has. If a posting fails to publish or is missing required fields like salary range or location, the agent flags this for a person to fix rather than publishing an incomplete listing on its own.
