PDF-to-Flipbook Conversion

Heyzine takes an existing PDF, such as a catalog, magazine, or ebook a team has already finished, and converts it into a page-turning flipbook that opens in a browser. A Beam agent uploads the approved PDF once finalized, applies the cover, background, and settings the account has chosen for that publication type, and starts the conversion. Once Heyzine finishes, the agent checks that every page rendered correctly and shares the flipbook link with the team that requested it. Where the source PDF has errors, missing pages, or content not yet final, the agent holds off and flags the file for a person to fix.

Reader Analytics

Once a flipbook is live, Heyzine records how many people opened it, how far they read, and which pages got the most attention. A Beam agent checks these numbers on a set schedule and compares them against the account's usual range for that type of publication. Where the numbers fall within the expected range, the agent adds them to a regular report without further action. Where a flipbook's numbers look unusually low, such as a catalog nobody opens past the first page, the agent flags it for a person to look into, rather than assuming why readers dropped off.

Embed Link Generation

Heyzine gives every flipbook a link and embed code that a team can add to a website or share in an email. A Beam agent generates the link and embed snippet once a flipbook is approved and ready to share, and adds it to the page or message set up to receive it, such as a product page or a newsletter draft. It does not decide where a new flipbook should be featured beyond what has already been approved. Requests to place a flipbook somewhere new, such as a different page or a paid placement, are left for a person to set up.
