Reply to WhatsApp, SMS, and Instagram messages through Heyy, handling the routine customer responses that used to sit in four separate inboxes.
WhatsApp Auto-Replies
Heyy connects a business's WhatsApp number to a shared inbox where messages come in from customers. A Beam agent reads each new WhatsApp message and checks it against the reply rules the account has set up, such as a fixed answer for store hours or order status. Where the message matches a rule closely, the agent answers with the approved reply and tags the conversation as handled. Messages that ask something outside the account's defined rules, or that sound like a complaint, are left unanswered by the agent and flagged in the inbox for a person to pick up and reply to directly.
Cross-Channel Message Routing
Heyy brings messages from WhatsApp, SMS, Messenger, and Instagram into one inbox, tagged by the channel they came from. A Beam agent reads each incoming message and, based on its content and channel, assigns it to the queue or teammate the account has set up for that type of request, such as order questions to fulfillment and general questions to support. This keeps messages from four different apps sorted without someone checking each channel separately. Where a message does not clearly fit an existing queue, it stays in a general queue and gets flagged for a person to sort by hand.
Broadcast Message Campaigns
Heyy lets a business reach a list of contacts across WhatsApp or SMS at once, such as with a shipping update or a promotion. A Beam agent prepares a broadcast using content and a contact list the account has already approved, checks that the list matches the intended segment, and starts the broadcast at the scheduled time. It then reports back delivery numbers once the broadcast finishes. Any change to the wording, the contact list, or the timing after approval is left for a person to make, since broadcasts reach many customers at once and are not adjusted mid-way.
