Submit approved scripts to HeyGen and check render status, taking the routine parts of video production off a teammate's plate.
Avatar Video Generation
HeyGen converts a written script into a video featuring a chosen digital avatar, matching lip movement and tone to the words. A Beam agent submits a script, such as a product update or an onboarding message already approved, along with the avatar and voice selected, then starts the render. Once HeyGen finishes, the agent checks that the video completed without errors and saves it to the account's library or notifies the requesting team. Where a script has not yet been approved, or a new avatar or voice is requested that has not been set up, the agent stops and routes the request to a person.
Template-Based Rendering
Teams that produce videos regularly, such as weekly updates or repeated announcements, often save a HeyGen template with a fixed layout, brand colors, and avatar. A Beam agent fills in the parts of the template that change each time, such as a headline or a data point pulled from another approved system, and submits the render using the saved template rather than starting from scratch. This keeps recurring videos consistent without a person rebuilding the layout each time. Where the content does not fit the template's fields, or the template needs a design change, the agent leaves that to a person instead.
Multilingual Video Translation
HeyGen can take an existing video and produce a translated version in another language, adjusting the speaker's lip movement to match the new audio. A Beam agent submits a finished, approved video along with the target languages the account has requested, and checks each translated version once HeyGen completes it. It confirms the file renders correctly and files it alongside the original for the requesting team. Because translation quality and tone can vary by language, any version flagged as unclear, or a language not already on the account's approved list, gets routed to a person to review before it is used.
