Sort incoming HelloLeads submissions by source and score, assigning routine leads to a rep and flagging duplicates for a sales manager to merge.
Multi-Channel Lead Intake
HelloLeads gathers leads from sources such as web forms, business card scans, and ad platforms into one list, useful for a small team that does not want to check several inboxes for new contacts. A Beam agent can read a new lead as it lands in HelloLeads and apply the account's approved routing rule, such as assigning leads from a specific campaign to the rep who owns that region. It updates the lead's owner field and notifies the rep. Where a lead's source or details do not match any existing rule, the agent leaves it unassigned for a sales manager to route by hand.
Lead Scoring and Assignment
HelloLeads lets a team score leads based on fields like company size or stated budget, so reps can focus on the ones most likely to close. A Beam agent can read a lead's filled-in fields and apply the scoring rule the team has already approved, then update the lead's score and assign it to the queue that score maps to. It does not invent a scoring model of its own. If required fields are missing, so the score cannot be calculated with confidence, the agent leaves the lead unscored and flags it for a sales manager to review before it moves further down the pipeline.
Field Sales Check-Ins
HelloLeads includes a mobile check-in feature for field sales reps, recording a visit's location and notes against a lead's record. A Beam agent can read a completed check-in and note it into the lead's activity history alongside the account's other records, applying the standard follow-up rule, such as scheduling a reminder task a set number of days out. It writes only what the rep already recorded. If a check-in note mentions something that changes the deal's likely size or timeline, the agent does not adjust the lead's score on its own and instead flags the note for a sales manager to review.
