Drip Sequences

GoZen Growth emails a series of messages to a contact over time, spacing them out by day or by an action the contact takes, such as opening a previous message. A Beam agent enrolls a new contact into the sequence an approved rule assigns based on their signup source or form, and reports back opens and clicks while the sequence is active. It does not write new sequence emails itself. A contact who does not fit any approved sequence, or one who unsubscribes partway through, is routed to a person to place or remove by hand.

Contact Segmentation

GoZen Growth groups contacts into segments based on shared traits, such as signup source, location, or past purchases, so a campaign can target the right group. A Beam agent reads a new contact's details against an approved segmentation rule and places them into the matching segment, updating the segment if a tracked trait changes later. It does not define new segments on its own. A contact whose details do not clearly fit any approved segment is routed to a person to sort and, if needed, to define a new segment for.

Campaign Scheduling

A GoZen Growth campaign can be scheduled to go out at a set date and time rather than immediately, useful for coordinating a launch or a seasonal offer. A Beam agent checks a queued campaign against its approved delivery time and confirms it reached the intended segment, reading back the delivery count once it does. It does not draft the campaign content. A campaign that misses its scheduled time, or one aimed at a segment that looks unusually small, is routed to a person to check before it is rescheduled.
