Compare Google Ad Manager campaign performance against targets and flag underperforming line items for a media buyer to adjust.
Line Item Pacing Checks
Google Ad Manager reports delivery data for each line item in a campaign, such as impressions served against the booked goal over time. A Beam agent reads pacing data on the schedule a customer has set and applies the approved rule, for example flagging a line item that is more than a set percentage behind its goal midway through the flight. It notifies the media buyer and updates a pacing tracker with the current status. Line items pacing far ahead or behind, or showing a sudden delivery drop, get routed to a buyer to adjust.
Ad Inventory Reporting
The platform generates reports on ad inventory performance, including fill rate, revenue, and viewability across a customer's ad units. A Beam agent reads the scheduled report once it is available and checks the figures against the approved benchmark, for example a minimum fill rate for a key ad unit. It notifies the ad operations team and updates a shared performance log. Ad units with a sharp change in fill rate or revenue since the last report, or figures that look inconsistent with prior periods, get routed to the team to check before anything is acted on.
Order and Line Item Status
Orders in Google Ad Manager move through statuses such as pending approval, ready, and completed as a campaign is set up and runs. A Beam agent reads status changes on orders and line items and notifies the assigned traffic or sales team when an order needs action, based on the approved workflow for that stage. It updates a tracking sheet so the team can see what needs attention without opening the platform. Orders stuck in an unclear status, or missing required targeting details, get routed to a trafficker to resolve.
