Assign fresh GoDial call lists to reps and flag callbacks that are overdue for a manager to chase.
Auto Dial Call Status
GoDial auto dials through an imported contact list and lets a rep mark the outcome of each call, such as connected, no answer, or not interested. A Beam agent reads the call status as it is logged and applies the follow up rule a customer has approved, for example queuing a callback in two days for anyone who asked to be called later. It updates the contact record and notifies the assigned rep of the next action. Calls marked with an unclear or custom status, or numbers that repeatedly fail to connect, get routed to a manager to sort out.
Scheduled Callback Reminders
Reps working a GoDial list can schedule a callback for a specific contact and time, which the app holds until it comes due. A Beam agent reads upcoming and overdue callbacks and notifies the assigned rep ahead of the scheduled time, based on the reminder window a customer has set. It updates the contact record once the callback is completed. Callbacks left overdue past an agreed grace period, or assigned to a rep who is no longer active, get routed to a manager to reassign before the lead goes cold.
Contact List Import Checks
GoDial lets a customer import a fresh contact list for a new calling campaign, and the quality of that list affects how the whole campaign runs. A Beam agent reads the imported list and checks it against the approved rule, for example flagging duplicate numbers or contacts already marked do not call from an earlier campaign. It notifies the campaign owner once the check completes and updates the list with clean, ready to dial entries. Ambiguous duplicates or contacts missing key fields get routed to a manager to clear before dialing starts.
