Live Poll and Quiz Scoring

Gloww presentations embed live polls, quizzes, and open questions that audience members answer from their own devices during a session. A Beam agent reads the response data once a presentation closes and applies the scoring rule a customer has approved, such as a passing threshold for a training quiz. It updates the linked record, for example marking a course module complete, and notifies the presenter when a group's average falls below the agreed line. Partial submissions, ties near the threshold, or duplicate entries from the same participant get routed to a trainer or program owner to check by hand before any record changes.

Session Attendance Records

Gloww logs who joined each interactive session and when they left, giving a rough attendance list per presentation. A Beam agent reads that participant list against the roster a customer maintains elsewhere, such as a spreadsheet or learning system, and marks attendees present according to the join rule agreed with the customer, for instance a minimum time in session. It flags no-shows for a reminder and notifies the organizer once the count is settled. Name mismatches, guests joining under someone else's link, or partial attendance near the cutoff get routed to a coordinator to confirm before the record is finalized.

Audience Q&A Sorting

Presenters using Gloww collect open questions submitted live by the audience during a session, often more than can be answered on the spot. A Beam agent reads the submitted questions and tags each one against the topic categories a customer has set up, grouping duplicates and surfacing the most upvoted items first. It forwards the sorted list to the presenter or a subject expert so the backlog is easy to work through after the session ends. Questions that do not fit an existing category, or that reference something sensitive, get routed to a moderator to read before anyone replies.
