Conversational Lead Scoring

Gloria AI runs a conversation with a prospective lead and scores their answers against criteria like budget or company size. A Beam agent reads that score once the conversation ends and applies the customer's approved rule, for example moving a lead above a set threshold into a follow-up queue or tagging one below it as not yet ready. It only works from the score and answers Gloria AI already produced. Anything involving an ambiguous answer, a lead that seems to be testing the system, or a score close to the cutoff is routed to a human on the sales team to look at directly.

Qualifying Question Flows

Gloria AI works through a set sequence of qualifying questions, such as budget, timeline, and current tooling, tailored to the customer's product. A Beam agent checks which answers a lead gave and applies the approved rule, for example flagging a mismatch between stated budget and typical deal size, or noting a competitor mentioned by name. It draws only on the answers recorded in the conversation, not on outside assumptions. Anything involving an answer that contradicts earlier ones, or a question left unanswered, is routed to a human to follow up with the lead directly before qualification is finalized.

Handoff to a Sales Rep

Once a lead clears the qualifying bar, Gloria AI marks the conversation as ready for a person to take over. A Beam agent watches for that marker and applies the approved rule, for example assigning the lead to the rep who owns that territory and forwarding the full transcript along with the score. It hands off exactly what Gloria AI recorded, it adds no interpretation of its own. Anything involving a lead assigned to more than one rep, or a territory rule that doesn't clearly apply, is routed to a human manager to sort out the assignment.
