Query Gigasheet datasets for rows matching a customer's rule, automating data checks like flagging duplicate records across millions of rows without a database.
No-Code Big Data Filtering
Gigasheet lets a user filter and pivot spreadsheets with billions of rows without setting up a database. A Beam agent runs a saved filter against the approved rule, for example finding every row where a transaction amount exceeds a threshold or a field is left blank, and applies the agreed action, such as tagging those rows or adding them to a separate view. It only works with the columns and filters already defined in the sheet. Anything involving a filter result that looks off, or a rule that needs a new column, is routed to a human analyst to check first.
Duplicate and Anomaly Detection
Gigasheet can compare rows across a large dataset to find duplicates or values that fall outside an expected range. A Beam agent checks new data drops against the approved rule, for example marking rows with a repeated identifier or a number outside a set range, and updates a status column or notifies the team responsible for the source data. It only flags what the rule defines as an anomaly, it does not decide what caused it. Anything involving a pattern the rule doesn't cover, or a large batch of unexpected duplicates, is routed to a human analyst to look into.
Shareable Data Views
Gigasheet supports saved views and shareable links so a filtered slice of a large dataset can go to someone without exporting the whole file. A Beam agent applies the approved rule to build that slice, for example a view limited to one region's records, and shares the link or notifies the recipient it's ready. It works only with the permissions already set on the sheet. Anything involving a request to see data outside the approved slice, or a question about a figure inside it, is routed to a human with fuller access to answer.
