Notify a rep when a buyer opens a proposal in GetAccept, automating deal room follow up like nudging unsigned contracts forward.
Proposal Engagement Notifications
GetAccept records when a buyer opens a proposal, how long they spend on each section, and which pages get revisited. A Beam agent reads that engagement data on a schedule, and once activity crosses an approved signal, such as a buyer returning to the pricing page more than once, sends a note to the owning rep with the relevant detail attached. This lets a rep follow up while interest is fresh instead of checking the deal room manually. Deciding what to say in that follow up, or whether to adjust pricing, stays entirely with the rep.
Unsigned Contract Nudges
A proposal sitting unsigned in GetAccept past an expected point often just needs a reminder rather than a new pitch. A Beam agent reads the signature status and days since the proposal was sent, and once a deal passes an approved number of days without a signature, sends a reminder to the buyer through the channel and wording a team has approved in advance. Deals with unusual terms, or ones that have already had several reminders, get routed to the rep instead of another automatic nudge. A person decides when to escalate, discount, or close a stalled deal.
Deal Stage Record Updates
GetAccept marks a deal's stage, such as sent, viewed, or signed, which needs to line up with the record in a company's CRM or pipeline tool. A Beam agent reads the current stage in GetAccept and compares it to the stage on the linked deal record, writing an update when the two fall out of step, following the mapping a team has approved between the two systems. Stage moves outside that mapping, such as a stage GetAccept introduces with no equivalent yet, get sent to a person to decide how to record. The agent never marks a deal won or lost on its own.
