Call Geokeo to resolve, verify, and standardize location data inside a workflow, automating routine geocoding work like forward and reverse lookups and address validation.
Forward geocoding
Forward geocoding converts a written address into latitude and longitude. A Beam agent sends an address that arrives in a workflow, such as a new order, lead, or support ticket, receives coordinates from Geokeo, and passes them to the next step, for example to assign a territory, calculate distance, or place a point on a map. Low confidence matches are held for review rather than passed downstream, so an ambiguous address does not silently become the wrong location.
Reverse geocoding
Reverse geocoding converts coordinates back into a readable address or place. A Beam agent takes a latitude and longitude, from a device, a check-in, or an uploaded record, and resolves the nearest address, region, or postal code through Geokeo. It uses the result to label, group, or route the record, and flags coordinates that resolve poorly so a person can confirm before the data is trusted in a downstream decision.
Validate and standardize addresses
The same lookups clean messy input. A Beam agent runs an address through Geokeo to confirm it is real, correct obvious formatting, and return a consistent structure across records entered by different people or systems. Standardized addresses reduce duplicates and failed deliveries later in a process. Records that cannot be validated are routed for review instead of being accepted, so bad location data does not move forward.
