Address to Coordinate Geocoding
Geoapify turns a written address into map coordinates that a page or app can plot. A Beam agent reads a new or changed address field on an incoming record, such as a store location or a customer shipping address, and calls Geoapify to resolve it into coordinates within the rate limits a team has approved. The result writes back to the record for use in a map widget or store finder. Addresses that Geoapify cannot resolve, such as incomplete or malformed entries, get sent to a person to correct rather than left blank or guessed.
Interactive Map Pin Placement
Geoapify renders map widgets that a website can embed to show store, office, or event locations as pins. A Beam agent reads a list of approved locations, such as active stores from a business record, and updates the pin set on the embedded map when a location is added, closed, or moved, following the format a team has agreed.
