Request a review from a customer once GatherUp confirms the interaction closed, then notify a manager when a rating drops below an approved star threshold.
Review Request Timing
GatherUp sends a review request once a customer interaction, such as a completed visit or order, is marked closed. A Beam agent reads the closed interaction and applies the account's approved rule for timing, holding the request until a set delay passes or skipping a customer who already opted out. This runs consistently across every closed interaction instead of a location manager deciding request by request. Interactions missing a contact method, flagged as disputed, or belonging to a customer near a request limit are routed to a human before any request goes out.
Star Rating Threshold Alerts
GatherUp records the star rating a customer leaves alongside any written feedback. A Beam agent reads new ratings and, following an approved rule, notifies the location manager when a rating falls below an agreed threshold so the feedback can be addressed directly. This catches a low rating the moment it posts rather than a manager finding it during a periodic check of the dashboard. Ratings left anonymously, submitted without written feedback, or tied to a flagged or suspicious account are routed to a human to review before a response is planned.
Review Response Routing
When a customer leaves public feedback through GatherUp, a Beam agent reads the review and applies an approved rule for where it should go, such as forwarding a negative review to a service manager or a positive one to a marketing contact for reuse. This sorts every incoming review the same way rather than someone reading through a list and deciding case by case. Reviews that mention a legal concern, a safety issue, or language the rule does not clearly cover are routed to a human to handle before any response is drafted.
