Beam.ai
Swap a viewer's name and account details into a Gan.AI video template once an approved campaign rule fires, instead of a marketer assembling each version by hand.
Viewer Detail Personalization
Gan.AI fills a video template with details specific to each viewer, such as a name or account figure, to produce a version unique to them. A Beam agent reads viewer data from a connected system when a campaign is approved to send, applies the customer's rule for which fields populate the template, and hands off the finished video for delivery. Viewers missing a required field, or whose record fails a data quality check, are routed to a human before a video is generated for them.
Video Template Variables
Each Gan.AI template defines variables, such as a name or figure, that get replaced with real data at generation time. A Beam agent reads the variables a template expects and matches them against the fields available on a viewer's record, filling in what it can according to an approved rule and flagging a template for review when a required variable has no matching field. This check runs across the full viewer list for a campaign rather than someone spot checking a handful of videos. Templates edited after a campaign has started are routed to a human to confirm before generation continues.
Viewer Watch Data
Gan.AI records how far into a personalized video a viewer watched and whether they clicked through afterward. A Beam agent reads this watch data once a campaign closes and, following an approved rule, notifies the marketing owner of the completion and click through rates or updates the viewer's record in a connected CRM. This gives the marketing owner a full picture across the campaign instead of pulling numbers from the platform by hand. Watch data with a delivery failure, a duplicate viewer entry, or an incomplete data sync is routed to a human before any record is updated.
