Milestone Point Awards

Gami5d tracks progress toward milestones a customer defines, such as completing a set number of tasks or reaching a training goal. A Beam agent reads milestone completions as they happen and applies the approved rule for awarding points, updating the participant's total and notifying their manager once a threshold is crossed. This keeps every participant's total current the moment a milestone is reached rather than a manager tallying points from a report later. Completions tied to a duplicate submission, a milestone still under review, or a participant flagged as inactive are routed to a human before any points are awarded.

Leaderboard Standing Updates

Gami5d ranks participants against each other on a leaderboard based on accumulated points. A Beam agent reads standing changes and, following an approved rule, notifies a participant when they move into a top position or notifies a manager when a team's overall standing shifts. This keeps the leaderboard notification current across every participant instead of someone checking rankings by hand. Standing changes caused by a scoring correction, a disputed award, or a recently added participant with incomplete history are routed to a human to confirm before the update goes out.

Badge and Reward Unlocks

Gami5d unlocks badges and rewards once a participant meets the conditions a customer sets for them. A Beam agent reads unlock events and applies the approved rule, such as notifying the participant and logging the reward for fulfillment by the team that manages it. This applies the same eligibility check to every participant as conditions are met rather than someone reviewing entries in a batch later. Unlocks tied to conditions that are only partly met, a reward that is out of stock, or a participant dispute over eligibility are routed to a human before the reward is issued.
