Renewals where the health score is missing, the account has no assigned owner, or the decline traces to a sync issue, not the customer, are routed to a human to confirm before any alert goes out.

Success plans in Gainsight break renewal and adoption goals into individual tasks assigned to a customer success manager. A Beam agent reads task due dates and completion status, then applies an approved rule such as notifying the manager when a task is overdue or marking a dependent task ready once its prerequisite closes. This keeps a plan moving across many accounts at once instead of a manager checking each task list by hand. Tasks with no owner, an unclear dependency, or conflicting due dates are routed to a human to sort out before the plan updates further.
