Enroll a new Freshlearn buyer into their course automatically once payment clears, automating access work like unlocking modules and messaging a welcome note, and flagging failed or disputed payments for a person to sort out.
Course Access Provisioning
When someone buys a Freshlearn course, they expect access right away, but confirming payment and unlocking the right modules is still a manual step for some creators. A Beam agent reads a new purchase record, checks that payment has cleared, and applies the creator's approved rule for which modules or cohort the buyer belongs to, then updates the buyer's access in Freshlearn accordingly. It sends a short welcome note confirming what they can now see. Purchases flagged as disputed, made with a coupon outside its terms, or tied to a refund request are held back from access until a person checks them.
Learner Progress Nudges
Freshlearn shows how far each learner has moved through a course, and creators often want to check in when someone stalls. A Beam agent reads a learner's completion percentage and the date of their last activity, applies the creator's approved rule for when a check in message is due, such as fourteen days without progress, and updates the learner's contact record once a nudge has gone out. Learners who have already completed the course, requested a refund, or replied asking to pause are excluded from nudges, and any learner replying with a complaint is routed to a person to handle directly.
Refund and Access Removal
A refund on Freshlearn usually means course access should end, but creators do not always want that applied the same way for every case. A Beam agent reads a new refund record, applies the creator's approved rule for what happens to access, such as revoking it immediately for a full refund or leaving it in place for a partial one, and updates the buyer's enrollment status to match. It records the refund reason alongside the change for the creator's reference. Refunds involving a dispute, a bundle of several courses, or a reason marked as other are left for a person to close out by hand.
