No-code form design

Formaloo lets a business assemble a form for collecting customer or internal data without writing code. A Beam agent watches for a new form submission, reads its field values, and applies the account's approved rule for what happens next, such as updating a related record or notifying a team member. This removes the step of someone checking form results and acting on them by hand. Submissions with a missing required field, or values that don't match the rule's expected format, are flagged and left for a person to complete or correct.

Custom business app records

Formaloo stores the records behind a business's internal apps, from customer entries to project trackers, in a structure a team defines without a developer. A Beam agent reads a record when a connected system reports a change, applies the account's approved rule for updating it, and writes the result back so the app reflects current information. This keeps a custom app useful without someone re-entering data from elsewhere. Records with a structure the rule doesn't recognize, or conflicting updates from two sources, are routed to a person to resolve.

Customer engagement workflows

Formaloo supports workflows that respond to a customer action, such as a survey response or a support request submitted through a form. A Beam agent reads that action, applies the account's rule for the appropriate next step, such as assigning it to a team or sending an acknowledgment, and updates the workflow's status in Formaloo. This keeps customer requests moving without someone monitoring a submissions inbox all day. Requests marked urgent by the rule, or ones with no matching workflow step, are escalated to a person directly.
