Visit outcome recording

ForceManager lets a field rep log the outcome of a customer visit from a phone right after it happens. A Beam agent reads that outcome, applies the account's rule for what it means for the related opportunity, such as moving it to a next stage or setting a follow-up date, and updates the ForceManager record accordingly. This spares a rep from separately updating the pipeline back at a desk. Outcomes that mention a new contact, a competitor, or a detail the rule doesn't map to a clear next step are flagged for a manager to review.

Opportunity stage updates

ForceManager tracks each opportunity through the stages a sales team defines, from first contact to close. A Beam agent reads signals from connected systems, such as a signed contract or a completed visit, applies the account's rule for what moves an opportunity forward, and updates its stage in ForceManager so the pipeline reflects reality without a manager auditing it manually. This keeps forecasts based on current activity rather than a rep's memory. Opportunities with conflicting signals, or a jump across multiple stages at once, are set aside for a manager to confirm.

Field visit summaries

ForceManager captures where and when a rep visited a customer, along with notes from that visit. A Beam agent reads that activity on the account's chosen cadence, applies the approved format for summarizing it, and posts a digest to the sales team or updates a shared report without someone compiling visit notes by hand. Reps get credit for field work without extra admin. Visits with missing location data, or notes that don't fit the summary format cleanly, are flagged for a manager to fill in.
