Read FlippingBook viewer analytics and notify a sales rep once a prospect opens or finishes a shared flipbook.
PDF to flipbook conversion
FlippingBook turns a static PDF, such as a catalog or a proposal, into an interactive flipbook a reader can page through online. A Beam agent watches a connected folder or record for a new or updated PDF, applies the account's naming and publishing rule, and converts it into a FlippingBook publication with a shareable link. This removes the manual step of uploading and republishing a document every time it changes. Files that fail to convert cleanly, or that carry a naming conflict with an existing publication, are flagged and left for a person to check before anything goes live.
Reader engagement analytics
FlippingBook records how long a reader spends on each page and whether they finish a publication. A Beam agent reads those figures once a shared flipbook is opened, applies the account's rule for what counts as meaningful engagement, and updates a linked CRM record or notifies the assigned rep so follow-up happens close to the moment of interest. Nobody has to check a dashboard to know a prospect looked at a proposal. Views tied to no identifiable contact, or activity the rule can't confidently attribute to a lead, are left for a person to match manually.
Shareable publication links
FlippingBook generates a link for each flipbook that can be sent out or embedded without exposing the source PDF. A Beam agent applies the account's approved settings, such as password protection or an expiry date, whenever a new publication is created, and updates the record that tracks where each link was shared. This keeps distribution consistent without someone setting permissions by hand each time. Requests for a public link on a document marked sensitive, or settings outside the approved defaults, are routed to a person for a decision.
