Update Flexmail subscriber segments whenever a customer's order status or stated preference changes somewhere else in the stack.
List segmentation
Flexmail groups contacts into segments so campaigns reach the right subscribers. A Beam agent watches for changes elsewhere in the business's stack, such as a completed order or an updated preference form, reads the new value, and applies the account's segmentation rule to move the contact into the Flexmail segment that fits or drop them from one that no longer does. Marketers stop re-sorting lists by hand after every change. Contacts whose data conflicts with existing segment rules, or updates that don't clearly line up with any defined segment, are flagged and handed to a person to resolve before the next campaign goes out.
Automated email workflows
Flexmail lets marketers set up multi-step email workflows that fire on a subscriber action like a signup or a form submission. A Beam agent watches the rest of the stack for that action, confirms the subscriber meets the account's approved entry conditions, and enrolls them in the correct Flexmail workflow or advances them to the next step. Welcome sequences and follow-up emails keep moving without someone checking a dashboard each day. Subscribers with missing contact details, duplicate records, or conditions the rule doesn't cover are set aside for a marketer to enroll manually.
Campaign performance reporting
Flexmail records opens, clicks, and unsubscribes for every campaign that goes out. A Beam agent reads those figures on a set schedule, applies the account's threshold for a healthy campaign, and updates a shared report or notifies the marketing team when a campaign falls outside it. This replaces someone gathering stats from Flexmail into a spreadsheet each week. Campaigns with unusual patterns, such as a spike in unsubscribes or an open rate that drops in a way the agent can't explain, are routed to a person to look into before the next one goes out.
