Flash analyzes product usage data to surface signals such as a drop in activity or a feature going unused by an account. A Beam agent acts on a recurring schedule, reads the signals Flash has surfaced for each account, and compares them against the account's approved risk thresholds. When a signal crosses an approved threshold, the agent notifies the assigned growth or success owner with the relevant detail. Signals that conflict with recent account activity elsewhere, or accounts with no clear owner assigned, get routed to a human to interpret before any outreach happens.

Churn Risk Flagging

Flash estimates which accounts show patterns associated with churn based on their usage history. A Beam agent begins a review on a recurring schedule, reads the churn risk level Flash has assigned to each account, and checks it against the account's approved flagging rule. Accounts that cross the approved risk level get flagged in the connected CRM or success platform, and the agent notifies the account owner. Accounts already in an active renewal conversation, or where Flash's signal contradicts a recent positive interaction, get routed to a human to decide rather than flagged automatically.

Growth Opportunity Notification

Flash can point to accounts showing usage patterns associated with expansion, such as approaching a plan limit or adding new users. A Beam agent steps in on a recurring schedule, reads the opportunity signals Flash has surfaced, and compares them against the account's approved qualification rule. Accounts that meet the rule get a note added to their record and the assigned account owner is notified. Signals tied to an account already in an active deal, or one flagged for a separate issue, get routed to a human to prioritize rather than notified automatically.
