Fireberry tracks deals through custom pipeline stages that a sales team defines for its own process. A Beam agent acts when an approved condition happens, such as a signed contract landing in a shared inbox, reads the deal record in Fireberry, and moves it to the next stage under the account's approved pipeline rule. The agent notifies the deal owner once the stage changes. Deals that skip a stage, stall past an agreed time limit, or need a value change get routed to a human before the agent updates the record further.

Custom Object Record Updates

Fireberry lets a business model its own objects and fields, not just standard contacts and deals, to fit how its process actually runs. A Beam agent begins an update when new information arrives from a connected form, inbox, or app, reads the matching custom object record in Fireberry, and applies the field change under the account's approved mapping rule. The agent confirms the update against the source event. Records with no matching object, conflicting field values, or a mapping the account hasn't approved get routed to a human before any change is written.

Task and Reminder Creation

Fireberry lets users assign follow up tasks tied to a contact or deal record. A Beam agent steps in when an approved rule fires, such as a deal sitting untouched past an agreed number of days, reads the deal owner and due date from the record, and adds the task in Fireberry under that rule. The agent notifies the assigned owner once the task is created. Tasks that need reassignment to a different owner, or deals flagged as high value, get routed to a human to prioritize rather than left to the automated schedule.
