Findymail pairs a name and company domain with a verified work email address, checking mail servers so the result is deliverable rather than guessed. A Beam agent steps in when a new lead lands in a CRM or spreadsheet with no working email, reads the name and company from that record, and calls Findymail to fill the gap under an approved lookup rule. The agent writes the verified address and confidence score back to the contact. Addresses Findymail cannot verify, or ones that later bounce, get routed to a human for a manual check before outreach continues.

Bulk List Enrichment

Findymail accepts a list of names and companies and returns email addresses across a whole file rather than one contact at a time. A Beam agent begins a bulk run when a list of new leads arrives from an event, a form, or an imported spreadsheet, reads each row, and submits the batch to Findymail under the account's approved enrichment settings. Once results return, the agent writes verified emails back to each contact and flags rows Findymail could not resolve. Those unresolved rows, plus any list segments outside the connected account's plan limits, get routed to a human for follow up.

Contact Record Enrichment

Findymail can take a partial contact record, such as a name with no email, and return the missing address along with basic company details tied to that person. A Beam agent acts when a contact record in a CRM or spreadsheet is missing a required field, reads what's already on the record, and requests the missing piece from Findymail under the account's approved enrichment rule. The agent writes the returned details back into the record's open fields. Records still incomplete after a lookup, or fields Findymail returns with low confidence, get routed to a human to research further.
