Email Discovery from Profile Data

FinalScout takes a name and company, often pulled from a professional profile, and searches for the matching email address rather than requiring a rep to guess a format. A Beam agent reads a contact record missing an email field, submits the available details to FinalScout under a team's approved search rule, and writes the returned address back onto that same record once found. This fills a gap in a contact list without someone searching one profile at a time. Searches that return no confident match, or more than one plausible address, are left for a person to confirm.

Email Verification Before Write-Back

An email address FinalScout finds is checked for deliverability before it's treated as usable, rather than assumed correct from the search alone. A Beam agent reads that verification result and only writes the address to a contact record once it clears the confidence level a team has approved, keeping a list free of addresses likely to bounce. Where verification comes back uncertain, the agent leaves the existing field untouched rather than replacing it with an unverified guess. Contacts where no address clears verification at all are flagged for a person to research directly.

Bulk Contact List Processing

Rather than searching one contact at a time, FinalScout can work through a list, useful when a rep imports many contacts missing emails at once, such as after an event or a list purchase. A Beam agent submits contacts from that imported list under the same search and verification rule used for single lookups, and writes back a verified address to each matching record as results return. This turns a bulk enrichment task into something that runs without a rep working through the list row by row. Contacts the batch can't resolve, or with conflicting company data, are compiled for a person to finish.
