Draft a Fileforge document from data a workflow already has on hand, then file the finished PDF against the record that requested it, skipping the assembly a team used to do line by line.
Template-Based Document Generation
Fileforge builds a document, such as an invoice or a contract, by filling a defined template with data supplied through its API. A Beam agent reads the fields a workflow has ready, such as a customer's name and order details, submits them to the template a team has approved, and receives back a finished document once generation completes. The agent then files that document against the record that triggered the request, whether a customer account or an order. Requests missing a required field, or asking for a template outside the approved set, go to a person to complete.
PDF Output Delivery
Once Fileforge finishes building a document, it returns a PDF that a workflow can store, email, or attach to another record without any manual conversion step. A Beam agent receives that finished file, attaches it to the record it was generated for, and notifies whoever is waiting on it, such as a customer expecting an invoice or a team expecting a signed form. This closes the gap between requesting a document and having it land where it's needed. Generation failures, or documents flagged by the account as exceeding a page or size limit, are reported to a person instead of a silent retry.
API-Triggered Batch Generation
Because Fileforge is built to be called through its API, a workflow can request many documents at once, such as a batch of monthly statements, instead of generating them one at a time. A Beam agent starts a batch job when a scheduled trigger a team has approved fires, submits each record's data to the appropriate template, and files the returned documents against their matching accounts as they complete. This handles a repeating document task without someone running it by hand each cycle. Jobs failing partway through, or returning fewer documents than records submitted, are flagged for a person to check first.
